For products that are given to you, Professional Digisign eServices Pvt ltd will only accept returns if the product is defective in nature. In such cases, wherever the purchase involves a product, please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer. In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods, Professional digisign eservices pvt ltd reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.
We will consider refund case only 7 days date of purchase invoice means we will refund only and only within 7 days date of our sales invoices and only we will refund in case our products defective/damaged
